State Quarterly Wage Listing Report

Good morning,

Currently using Oracle Application:11.5.10.2

I have four employees to error due to negative balances.  I ran the Tax summary and Tax balance report to determine where the error occurred; no negatives.  Please tell me what need to be done in getting these errors corrected, so I can produce the State Quarterly Wage Listing report.
