ORA-15042 error when I try to mount an ASM disk group.

When trying to mount a disk group for our ASM service, I am getting a ORA-15042 error.  I am unable to determine exactly what file the error is complaining about since there is no Group_Number = 2 in v$asm_files

rmsdbdevsac1p[+ASM]:/home/oracle> crsctl start resource ora.DATA1.dg

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.DATA1.dg' on 'rmsdbdevsac1p'

CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.DATA1.dg start" encountered the following error:

ORA-15032: not all alterations performed

ORA-15040: diskgroup is incomplete

ORA-15042: ASM disk "11" is missing from group number "2"
