R30835 not updating F300261

Hi

We are in E9.0 and using work center based product costing.The steps done for updating the costs are

- upload thru custom program F30026 & F300261

- run simulate R30812

- freeze R30835

We noticed that R30835 is not updating the frozen values in F300261 table, but it updates the F30026 table correctly. We have noticed this issue for all our purchased components and appreciate if any one experienced this issue or suggestions to fix.
