SIM - PromotionPriceChange batch not uploading flat file data into PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table

Hi,

I have an issue with SIM PromotionPriceChange batch. The flat file data generated by RPM (PRMPC_<timestamp>.pub) loaded into BATCH_IMP_EXP table, but not into PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table. This is specific to a particular file. The issue is not happening with other files.

I tried the following after noticing the issue, but none of them were successful.

- checked the file format and made sure it is proper

- reran the job after deleting record from BATCH_IMP_EXP related to this file

- renamed the flat file and ran the job

- tested in a different environment

BTW my SIM version is 14.1.0
