Does anyone have experience integrating Lean Construction/Pull Scheduling into P6 Schedules?
This a more general question than P6; it more concerns a scheduling issue. Our company has started several Lean Construction initiatives. One is implementing pull schedule with our field supervisors on new construction projects. Pull scheduling involves developing schedules at a lower level of detail than typical P6 schedules (almost at the task level). We are struggling with having developed a baseline schedule several months prior to field construction and having to further breakdown activities into smaller tasks.
