Can you create a Capital Lease in Oracle Property Manager and capitalize the asset in FA. Lease Pay

Hi All,

I am new to Oracle Property Manager and I have the following question.

Can we create a Capital lease in Property Manager and capitalize the asset in FA.  Lease payments will be managed from Property Manager and Depreciation will be calculated in FA.

Is there an integration between Oracle Property Manager and FA?
