Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Does EBS support only Tax credit to a customer ?

A standard sales order is created with a single line with 100 $ and let us assume a 5$ tax is applied and invoiced.

Later the customer comes and says he has tax exemption. Can we create a Credit Only(Return) order for Tax credit ?

The Unit price remains zero and only the tax amount will be reflected against the sales order line. Can EBS address this requirement ?
