"Segmentation fault" occurs when running rapidwiz

Hi all.

I downloaded the installation files of EBS12.1.3 from e-delivery.

And after running rapidwiz "Segmentation fault" error occured like below.

[root@xxxx rapidwiz]# ./rapidwiz

Rapid Install Wizard is validating your file system......

4 dvd labels found

Rapid Install Wizard will now launch the Java Interface.....
