cant create item instance after EAM was enabled

Hey guys:

    i was confused by a weird problem, at the first beginning when i was testing OAT, i find out it is normal to create item instance through PO receipt, and recently i wanted to test the integration between OAT and EAM, so i enabled EAM for my org, but after that i found out i cant generate item instance through PO receipt any more.....

    PS:i think i've already did all the setup i in EAM and OAT...
