Configuring concurrent manager

Hi

We will be having commission activity every month and during commission activity, nearly 7 programs will run and these 7 programs and assigned under 4 managers.

We are having 2 node application environment and these 4 managers are divided among this node ( 2 managers per node ), we are having PCP

My question is let's say one manager M1 ( Primary node is N1 and secondary node is N2 ) is having manager value as 20.

and when I submit the 20 programs, all 20 programs are running from node N1 only ( As primary node ) is there any chance that 10 programs under this manager run on node N1 and another 10 programs from node N2
