Question Regarding the Fractional Routing Number on Check Template

Could someone please tell me where they store the 2 digit branch Code(I believe it represent the city and state of the bank Branch) with in the Cash Management application in order for the XML to pull it into the check template?   This code is used as part of the fractional routing number on check printing.  Or do users typically hard code this number into the template?
