failing on csrrsreg.sql when applying RPC4 patch 21236633
I am trying to apply RPC4 patch 21236633 using adpatch to my 12.1.3 EBS environment. It's running Rhel 5 and on a 12.1.0.2 database instance. Worker 1 is failing as follows. I have opened an SR and have not been able to get much help at this point. How do I resolve this one?
This from the adadmin log:
