ARM Data Loading

Hi guys, Im facing an issue trying to import data into ARM from FMD EE 11.1.2.3. We loading data it happens the following error:

The data Staging step has failed. Check FDMEE Process Details page for more information.

Error Detail: ERPI is unable to connect to Oracle Data Integrator. Verify Oracle Data Integrator is properly configured and its agent is running.

Any idea what can be happening?
