My company is looking to institute a promotion where if the customer purchase a product from one pro

My company is looking to institute a promotion where if the customer purchase a product from one product line they will receive a dollar amount credit for future purchases of materials from another product line.  We really have no idea how to set up and track this in JDE.  Any ideas?  I thought maybe there was something that could be done through Advanced pricing but I am not sure what.
