Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Accessing global variables in BIP 11.1.1.7 data model

How do I access a global variable in my default package on a data model in BI Publisher.

I older version I had I used a the following call.

<element name='P_H_DATE_OUT' value=<PACKAGENAME.P_H_DATE_OUT'/>

Where P_H_DATE_OUT was a global variable set in my PACKAGENAME package when my AFTERPFORM data trigger is called.
