OPatchauto credentials

In the readme for patch 22115901, which is Enterprise Manager Base Platform - OMS 12.1.0.5.160119 PSU,  it says:

6. To use the OPatchauto functionality, you must set the WebLogic Administration Server credential access. To avoid setting the credentials every time, you can update the property file with the necessary information. To do so, refer Section 9.1, "Creating a Property File".

OK, so I think I'm patching the OMS as it says in the title, but, down in the "creating a property file" section: https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/download?type=readme&aru=19611375#BABHDDAH

it says:

1. Run the following script to create the WebLogic encrypted configuration and key files.
