autovue requires a browser that supports java - but java plug-in is installed and enabled

I have one user that I cannot get Oracle AutoVue client (version 20.2.3 Mechanical-Electrical Professional) to work on.  I keep getting "autovue requires a browser that supports java" error.  Any suggestions?
