Period change in JDE 9.1

Hi,

I’d like to confirm the Period change.

For January TB, do I need to change the Period to “1” and Beginning of Fiscal Year to “12/27/2015” in GL, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting together? 

Or, even if it not be changed, is January TB available with the following selection?

Since we have need to input 2015 figures in AX ledger, if TB is available with the current setting, I’ d like to unchanged the Period until finishing all AX journal entries for 2015.
