Server shows as Undetermined in Server Manager screen

Hi All,

After DR site testing, we are finding one of server is showing up as "undetermined" in server manager managed instance screen. We have checked following:

>> entry in host file on server manager and server where we have problem.

>> checked netstat -ano and can see port there on both the server.

Any suggestion where problem could be and what can be done to fix it?
