JDE 9.2 Checkin Fails for all Objects

Hi Team,

We have installed JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.0.1 and Visual studio 2010 SP1 on Development clients machines and during checking the objects fails for Business function CINSTALL. DLL

Getting the below error  in the JDE.log

COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed CINSTALL.dll function _GetEnvironmentPathCode@12 Error = 127
