Interface Trip Stop taking long time when more than 10 lines and excise is involved

Hi,

After upgrade to 12.2.4 we are facing issue for Interface Trip Stop taking long time when more than 10 lines and excise is involved.

Some time it is taking more than 2 hours when multiple request running together.

If someone has faced similar issue, please guide / help in resolution as Oracle SR are not giving proper solution.
