Posting to a Business Unit with PEC = N

JDE 9.0


Is there any document type that allows a user to post to a business unit that has a PEC = 'N'?  We have over 3500 business units flagged with 'N' that need journals posted to.   Is there any easy way to go about this, as to remove the PEC via SQL is not easy either as they do not have any particular criteria upon which to base the SQL.
