Instalment Sales and Deferred Gross Profit

How can we address this kind of the business requirement?

The client is into retail and sells goods on instalment basis.

Then need to account the Deferred Gross Profit at the time of the AR transaction is created and Realized Gross profit at the receipt of each instalment.

Is this possible in Oracle Receivables?
