ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY not populated IN PO_HEADERS_ALL

Hi,

ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY not populated IN PO_HEADERS_ALL

For some Purchase order we can see ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY is populated and for some null

Please these me know from where this is been populated in the table..any setup ?
