How to implement Custome pricing procedure ?

Dear Experts,

Could you please guide me how to implement custom pricing procedure. I want to invoke the custom pricing procedure for one particular product.

in price list i can provide the custom pricing procedure to product.

Any one is having some document with steps to explain custome pricing procedure (Example workflow configuration and necessary steps to attach the workflow and test)....

Also want to know when this custom pricing procedure called....Price list-> overide by Promotional Price- >Over ride by Attribute Adjustment->overide by Volume discount-> overide by aggregate discount-> overide by custome pricing procedure ???   Sequence of pricing engine ?
