Transfer to General Ledger Shows Unbalanced receivable Receipts

Dears,

When execute General Ledger Transfer, Unposted items report was generated.

There is receipt information(num:外為_1335725) In Receivable receipts category.

The following message shows up in log file

I has receipt diagnostic report, but it is not allowed to upload here from security consideration.

Could you please advise what columns in what table I should check?
