OBI Publisher is unreachable outside of localhost

Hello Colleagues,

We have installed oracle bi 12c to investigate it with the purpose of further migration.

After installation on Win Server 2008 R2 I noticed a strong issue within BI Publisher: it can be reached outside of localhost.

When I click New -> Report I got an 404 Error The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI.

However, I can reach analytics and publisher from localhost.

Windows Firewall is off.

Have you got any ideas what is the issue related to?
