Reversing a transaction from receivables when trying to save prompting a message "Do you want to sav

Good day all,

I was trying to reverse a transaction from receivables, and after the reversal process, when trying to save it prompts a message that " Do you want to save the changes made". Clicking yes several times did not allow the reversal process to complete. Please, kindly assist.
