Manually entering lines to reconcile payments

Each day in cash manager we have to replicate the bank statement and enter all lines for that day. Whenever we see BACS runs we have to manually enter the BACS lines in, then we have to search "available" Batches. At the point at which we run this search, on average it takes up to 20 minutes to actually bring us the available Bacs batches. This is becoming more of an obstacle for us as we need to reconcile our bank as quickly as possible to reconcile one line.
