Reporting- Column formula issue

Hi,

I am creating a Contact Report. I want to fetch the role of the user who created the Contact. By this I mean I want to fetch the role of the Created By column in the Created By Role Column. Can you please suggest if this possible and what will be the SQL Syntax.

I have used ‘’Employee. Role’’ formula in the Created by role column but this fetches the role if the owner not the created by.
