Event Error Message: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04068

Use Business Events fuctionality. In Subscriptions have custom PL SQL function. Some times have an Error occurred in the following Event Subscription.

ORA-04065: not executed, package body "APPS.XXRTK_MDM_XML_API" altered or dropped package body
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.XXRTK_MDM_XML_API"
