Client is using Pay on Consumption for some items (Supplier Consignment) and also is using super bac

Client is using Pay on Consumption for some items (Supplier Consignment) and also is using super back flush for work order reporting.  They want to call the work order issues program in blind mode.  Currently this will not function with the pay on consumption items.  Are there any planned enhancements to allow the blind call to P31113 WO Issues for work orders with POC components?
