Is there a way to import Attribute members using a file?

This certain dimension I am trying to update has thousands of members in its attributes. I already have the file ready but I am having errors. I am guessing that you need to manually add these attribute dimensions members. Is there a way for me to mass load these attribute members? Thanks!
