Oracle client 11.2.0.1.0 -> 11.2.0.4

Hi,

I've a Oracle client 11.2.0.1.0 installation and want to install a new Oracle Home with version 11.2.0.4. All client components from 11.2.0.1 should also be installed on the 11.2.0.4 but I miss one component; Oracle One-Off Patch Installer (version 11.2.0.0.2). Is the One-Off PI not available on 11.2.0.4?
