IE11 freezes when changing the columns displayed

Hi

this is actually an existing bug and was also addressed by Microsoft with code changes. See also MOS entry:

"1968398.1 - IE Hangs while Changing Order of Columns in Columns Displayed"

However my customer is on 15.6 and can still produce this issue.

I have tried to

- check their IE11 settings

- check on any custom Javascript code (none)

- tested the suggested workaround/s

None of these things has solved it. Has anyone of you any other good idea, how this could be analysed and addressed?
