Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do we view transactions for merged customers

Oracle indicates that it keeps an audit trail for merged customers' transactions--what is that audit trail?

it seems that customer merge use to allow whether you wished to update only open transactions and left historical data alone--

does this feature no longer exists in 12.1.3?
