Limit Receipt accrual from current period

Hi

We are currently creating manual journals for uninvoiced receipts. We are now planning to use the Receipt accrual functionality.

Is there a way in which I can restrict so that only receipts entered in the current period is selected and not all the historical receipts? Any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.
