restricted shell access

Auditors have required that the software owner, oracle, not be allowed sh access.  I'm required to login on my userid and then su to the software owner user.  That way they have the audit trail and can shoot me if I make a mistake.    I'm interested in finding out if there is a way to use the OEM patching facility with this restricted access in the way?  Thanks.
