patch order

On this newly installed 12.1.0.5, which failed to patch during the install process, I'm left with this list of patches that need to be applied.  I didn't think there would be an order problem so I just started patching down the list.  Seems this got a little ugly.  I applied 22317311 and it spewed some errors at the root.sh:

line 145: agent/sbin/nmoconf and nmo_public_key.txt and nmo_public_key.txt.new: No such file or dir

I didn't know the significance of this, then I moved to the next patch, 2234258 where I read in the readme:

The only content in this patch are security vulnerabilities that are announced as a part of the January 2016 CPU.
