Install Base Functionality

Hi Guys,

We are getting Install Base Error : The Inventory Item (13736443) doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (1561294) provided in 12.2.4 Instance.

The Inventory Item mentioned in the Error Message is a Component Item of a Configuration and is not defined in the Organization in which the Config Item is being received.

 

In 12.0.6 environment we are not getting this IB Error even though the component is not defined in the Organization in which Configuration is Received.

But in 12.2.4 we are getting the above error.

 

Could you please confirm if this is a enhanced functionality in 12.2.4 which was not present in 12.0.6.
