How to Best Manage Analyzers for Users to use Effectively?

What's the best method?  If we set up analyzers as Concurrent Processes then how can we keep them updated?  It seems every time one is needed then we have to update it first.   So we end up running it in EBS, then manually updating it to the latest, then rerunning it in EBS - every singe time.  There has to be a better way to do this, right?
