Freight Terms Code and Shipping Method not getting populated from supplier level

Specific suppliers have Freight Terms Code and Shipping Method defined at the Supplier level in our environment. In some scenarios, the Freight terms Code and Shipping Method will not populate onto the POs defined at the Supplier level. Instead, it appears that the BU values are applying any suggestion
