CONDITIONAL FORMATING COLORS FOR BARS IN BAR CHARTS

I have a pipeline analysis report that is looking at opportunities that are expected to close in the current quarter. If the Sales Stage is in 'Universe', 'Qualification', and 'Opportunity Pursuit' then I want the color of the bar in the bar chart to be Red because there is no way that an opportunity at this sales stage will be able to be closed on time, if the the Sales Stage is in 'Proposal Prep and Submission' or 'Active Proposal Discussions' then I want the bar in the bar chart to be Yellow because it will take a lot of
