Landed cost for FOB Shipments

Hi

We have a requirement where the landed cost factors should be added for FOB shipments before the goods are actually received.  ASBN will be sent by the supplier and based on the this AP invoice will be created and paid even before the goods are actually received.  Please let us know if there is any option to add the landed cost factors like freight and duty based on ASBN.  We are planning to use pre-receiving mode for LCM.
