wms xml file not generated

wms xml file not getting generated. There does exist an entry in the ‘Label Requests History’ Form but no corresponding XML file was created in the appropriate directory.

“WMS: Label Print Mode” set as “Asynchronous”

I have checked as per (Doc ID 1994110.1) found no issue.

any one came across similar issue?
