JTFTASK and SERVEREQ workflows stopped
Hi,
We experienced that the two workflows were just not starting as they would for any new service request created or task created or updated. DBA found that JTF_TASKS_B was locked in a user session. Could this be the reason for workflow not working for these two item types? What can we do to avoid this from happening? We rely heavily on JTFTASK workflow to notify our customer engineers for service issues. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
