Form personalization not refreshing between records

Hello all,

I created form personalization using trigger when-new-record instance that has a condition and action objects on a people search form . If the condition is true, it is to disable a tab, it works fine but when I enter another person in the  search the personalization is still in affect, the tab is still disabled. How can I refresh or reset the form so the tab is enabled? It works fine if I close the form and reopen it.
