OCSG 6 Access tier Start Issue

Hi All,

I have installed ocsg 6 in Access Tier Mode. I have done all domains and AT  & NT clusters configuration.

I have applied following patches as well

1. Patch ID : 121301

2. Patch ID: 19637454

3. Patch ID : 22545893

I have started my Admin server, it run fine and went in Running Mode.

Than I have started my AT cluster 1st Member, it does start but it went in Admin Mode.

My NT cluster both member started successfully. But both AT Cluster member are running in Admin Mode.

I have also observed same issue when I have selected Portal at the time of installation.
