Patch 21507293:R12.PAY.B- UK YEAR END 2015-16 / START OF YEAR 2016-17 AND REAL TIME INFORMATION CHANGES EFFECTIVE FROM APRIL 2016

This patch delivers tax year end changes for 2015-16, start of year changes 2016-17 and the Real Time Information changes effective from April 2016.
