How to get number of blocks read,gets,modified by a particular session

Hi DBA's ,

Please provide me the query to get number of consistents gets, read, modified , block changes made by a session please ?

here my aim to achieve that if any session or process run for long time for a particular day then I can compare current data with old data so if there is lot of difference then we can tell issue is because of more work load.
